How long do I have to request a return?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Can I return opened tea?
Opened tea cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless it arrived damaged or was sent incorrectly.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please email photos of the damaged package and order details within 48 hours of delivery.
When will my refund arrive?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Who pays return shipping?
Return postage is generally the customer’s responsibility, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.
